It is staffed with emergency service specialists who can provide access to hazmat experts, chemists, physicians, and toxicologists as well as millions of Material Safety Data Sheets.The recent video (can be played on your computer), CHEMTREC - An Overview for Emergency Responders, explains this service, which has been operating since 1971.
